Welcome to Wee R Handy & Roofing, your one-stop-shop for all your home improvement needs. Wee R Handy & Roofing was founded by a group of roofers assembled from around the country. During Covid, there was a team of skilled roofers assembled at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Fort Carson has remarkable views of the mountains. We were contracted to replace 20 roofs that were damaged during a record-breaking hail storm. When Covid hit, non-military contractors were not allowed on base until further notice. Everyone was supposed to go back home to their respective states: Florida, Texas, New York, Louisiana. The problem was, we had fallen in love with Colorado and the Rockies. No one wanted to go home. At the end of the roofing day, you could sit on the roof and watch the sunset. We collectively decided to stay in Colorado and make it our home. Wee R Handy & Roofing was founded. We started Wee R Handy together. We rented motel rooms at Motel 6 in Lakewood, Colorado for the first 6 months. We were all able to rent apartments after that. Another three years of hard work and investing all money back into Wee R Handy, and we were all able to settle into a homes in Ft. Collins and move our company up to Northern, Colorado. We were able to open a humble office in Old Town. We have been able to invest more money into ourselves in the form of the following: Leasing of a 1,250 sq. ft. shop and building out an office in it; Wrapping our company vehicles; Branding ourselves; Upgrading all our software and equipment; Hiring more team members; And investing in new marketing campaigns.
